Terms of Service
These terms apply to work performed by AZ Retro Curb Appeal. Last updated 2026.
Service area
We currently serve Maricopa, AZ in ZIP codes 85138 and 85139. Bookings outside the service area will be refunded in full.
Scheduling
The date you choose at booking is a request. We confirm your date and a two-hour arrival window by text or email. Weather, curb condition, or route changes can shift your appointment; we will always contact you first.
Payment
Curb painting packages are paid online at booking. Add-on services (pressure washing, bin cleaning, window cleaning, flag posting, junk removal) are quoted separately and billed after the work is approved. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Same-day cancellations after the crew is en route may be charged a trip fee. If we cannot complete the work, you are refunded in full.
Curb condition and access
We paint on public-facing curbs at the address you provide. You confirm you are the owner or occupant and that painting is permitted by your HOA or municipality. Curbs that are cracked, spalling, or previously coated may not hold paint as expected; we will tell you before we start.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. If your curb chips, fades badly, or peels within 12 months of service under normal conditions, we will touch it up at no charge. Damage from vehicles, landscaping equipment, chemicals, or construction is not covered.
Liability
Our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for pre-existing curb damage or for actions taken by third parties at your property.
