What we collect

When you request a quote, request add-on services, or book a job, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and any notes or reference photos you send us. If you pay online, our payment processor handles your card details — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To quote, schedule, and complete the work you requested.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and completion photos.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To respond to questions and follow up on service issues.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

Text messages are opt-in. You can opt in by checking the SMS box during booking or by asking us directly. We only text customers about their own service:

• Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
• Day-of updates such as "on our way" and "job complete"
• A link to your completed before-and-after photos
• Occasional repaint reminders after about 10 months

Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP — or simply tell us — and we stop texting you right away. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase, and we do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them.

These texts are sent by hand from our own business phone line, not by an automated messaging service. Your mobile phone number and consent status are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We use third-party services to run this business, including payment processing, cloud hosting and database storage, and messaging. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.

Photos of your work

We photograph completed curbs for quality records. We may use before-and-after photos in our gallery or on social media. Photos never include house numbers or identifying details unless you tell us it's okay. Email us to have a photo removed.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing caleb@azretrocurbappeal.com. We keep job records as needed for warranty, accounting, and tax purposes.
